- The recording settings limit who can view the recording and the account you are currently signed in with is not permitted to view it
- Ensure you are signed in with your Howard account:
- Click the square avatar in the upper right corner of the screen, which may show a letter or may show a picture
- If the account displayed does NOT end in @howard.edu:
- Click Sign Out
- Navigate to https://howard.zoom.us and sign in to your Howard account
- Try to access the recording again
- If the account shown DOES end in @howard.edu, proceed to the next bullet
- If you still cannot access the recording, but you think you should be able to, contact the professor. They may need to adjust the sharing settings on the recording(s)
When I attempt to view a Zoom cloud recording, I see a message: "You cannot view this recording. No permission."
